Association of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and other Rhizosphere Microbes with Different Medicinal Plants in the Calcareous Soil of Ariyalur District, India

چکیده
Indian is reticent source of medicinal and potential plants source and varieties of chemical substances. The narrow region of soil is directly influenced by root exudates used in rhizophere and associated soil micro organism. Recent studies have shown that, in natural ecosystems, plant diversity (Prober et al., 2015) and the genotypes of individual plants (Coats et al., 2014) can influence the composition of their rootassociated microbes. The term rhizosphere was related to the volume of soil affected by the presence and activity of the plant roots (Brimecombe Melissa et al., 2001). In general root depositions are considered the major driving force behind plant – microbe interactions in environment (Nelson and Louise, 2004; Pinton Roberto et al., 2001). Microbial activity is stimulated by these root depositions and in turn alters the rhizosphere soil.

Appropriate management of soil phosphorus (P) fertility in highly calcareous soils of Iran as around the world should rely upon sound knowledge about the phosphorus reserve and its bioavailability. Despite numerous reports on the positive effects of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizae (VAM) fungi on phosphorus uptake which is associated to Ectomycorrhiza as a branch of two major branches of group ...

Mycorrhizal association in seven plants grown in Arasbaran forest located in the north west of Iran was investigated. The soil samples were collected from the plants rhizosphere. Physico-chemical properties of rhizosphere soils like soil texture, pH, EC and some extractable nutrients such as N, P and K were recorded. The number of spores in rhizosphere and percentage of root mycorrhizal coloniz...
متن کاملDistribution and Association of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Different Cultivars of Wheat from Lalganj Pratapgarh District of Utter Pradesh, India
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are key components of soil micro-flora and obviously interact with other microorganisms in the rhizosphere which is the zone of influence of plant roots on microbial populations and other soil constituents. Keeping in view the importance of AM fungi, the present study was undertaken for assessing the AM fungal spore population dynamics in the rhizosphere soil and it...

The effects of three Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) species (Glomus versiforme, Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Rhizophagus intraradices) were studied on the growth parameters and nutrient uptake of three apple rootstocks (M.9, M.7 and MM.106). The soil medium contained a high level of calcium carbonate (38.65%). The results showed that AMF inoculation could increase almost all growth parame...
